Chick-Fil-A & Align Public Strategies

Align continues to work with Chick-fil-A in creating a unique school-to-work program in concert with the cities of Miami and Orlando with an eye toward a nationwide rollout. Partnering with existing local city-run worker training programs, local universities and appropriate non-profits, the company is in the classroom teaching business and financial practices, soft-skills training and workplace acumen to prepare young students eager to enter the workforce. The program empowers young workers, allows the company to invest in their communities, and creates working partnerships with local elected officials.
