Microsoft announced a new policy Thursday pledging it will ink contracts only with service providers who give their employees 12 weeks of paid family leave.
The pizza chain’s new civic engagement program Paving for Pizza will dispense grants to up to 20 cities across the U.S. to help fill potholes and repair cracked roads because “bad roads shouldn’t happen to good pizza.”
